Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing regional operations, from construction projects to industrial machinery lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Managing a multi-disciplinary team across equipment delivery, technical channels, and product support, ensuring integrated system processes and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with procurement, maintenance, and logistics to enhance operations efficiency and service quality.
  • Creating and administering strategic business plans for branch success, including forecasting and operational objectives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining vital client and partner relationships to broaden the service base and uphold high service standards.
  • Propelling continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data and initiating innovative solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to environmental and safety regulations, promoting a culture of responsible operations.
  • Guiding team development through ongoing education and performance-driven training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Technical Engineering or a comparable discipline.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a managerial capacity within the industry.
  • A proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed operational goals.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an aptitude for motivating teams toward achieving desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business management tools.
  • Exceptional communicative abilities, fostering effective interactions across the organizational hierarchy.

Skills:

  • Expertise in project management, planning, and organizational acumen.
  • Capabilities in negotiating and concluding sales and contracts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving proficiency with a strategic mindset.
  • Competence in financial management, including budgeting and expense control.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and champion change, instilling a continuous improvement ethos.
