What You'll Do:
- Lead multidisciplinary hydrogeology projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept through completion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive field investigations, hydrologic testing programs, and groundwater studies.
- Analyze meteorologic, hydrologic, and geologic data to create robust conceptual and numerical groundwater models.
- Engage closely with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, driving successful outcomes and building lasting professional relationships.
- Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality technical reports and compelling presentations.
- Actively mentor and coach a talented team, fostering growth and development in the next generation of hydrogeologists.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of professional hydrogeology experience, particularly within mining, civil infrastructure, or environmental projects.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in hydrogeology, hydrology, water resources, or related fields.
- Professional registration (P.G., P.E., or P.H.) preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in groundwater modeling, field data collection, and analytical interpretation.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for collaborative leadership and mentoring.
- Proven business development skills and a knack for client engagement.
