Job Title: GM Mining/Commercial Services - Regional Manager

Our client, a global leader in innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee their $160M Sales and Service Organization for the Mining and Construction Region.

As the strategic business leader for Original Equipment and After Market support, you will drive the success of the region through your expertise in sales, operations, accounting, finance, office administration, service, service engineering, parts/warehouse, safety, environmental, OPEX, human resources, and quality. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring customer satisfaction with mining equipment and support performance while maintaining the company's core values: Safety First, Law compliance, Quality of parts and service, Delivery of parts and service on-time, Cost management, and Cash management.

As a client-facing leader, you will foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. This role requires significant regional travel, allowing you to be hands-on in driving growth and supporting the company's expanding market share. With your dedication and success, this position offers substantial opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

- A 4-year college degree, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
- 2-5 years of experience with related products and mineral processing, maintenance, and operations
- Field Service & Field Service project management experience
- 10+ years of manufacturing or service management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, Autocad, and internet-based sales support programs
- The ability to diffuse emotionally charged situations and coordinate customer needs after-hours
- MSHA Certification or the ability to obtain it
