 Key Responsibilities:

Balanced Technical and Business Leadership:

  • Lead the growth of the mining sector by balancing technical project delivery with strategic business development, maintaining a 40-50% utilization rate.
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight on engineering projects, ensuring solutions are innovative, on time, and within budget.

Technical Excellence:

Market Development:
